 ST SCALE was founded in 1986; since the very beginning the company has seen both its market and its level of customer satisfaction grow both in terms of quality and innovation even among its most demanding clientele.
In the middle of the 1990s, increasingly selective and fast-moving market demand led ST Scale to enter an activity directly at the source of its provisions flow, setting up and managing a company in Romania, a country known among those in the sector thanks to the abundant availability of excellent timber on its territory. This was made necessary in order to guarantee its clients both strict control on the materials used and greater urgency in terms of delivery times.
Today the group counts around 60 employees, every one of whom has been subject to adequate training in order to guarantee ST Scale’s clients reliable and high quality workmanship. All this because customer satisfaction is the company’s primary objective, and this can be achieved only by taking care of every single detail.
The Italian market is controlled by ST Scale through a dense network of specialised resellers dotted about the whole of Italy and carefully selected on the basis of their high skill level and proven reliability. On the European market ST Scale is present in a network of specialised resellers that cover all the larger countries in the Union.
